Our role

We didn't come in as an external agency that delivered files and left. We embedded ourselves as Rizlum's internal marketing team attending strategic meetings, working directly with the founders, aligning every marketing decision with the business and commercial roadmap.
Every deliverable was built with one question in mind : does this help close a deal or open a door?

What we built

Brand Identity & Visual System
We started from scratch. Brand strategy, positioning, and naming architecture, then the full visual identity : logo, color palette, typography, graphic system, and brand guidelines. The design direction needed to balance two imperatives that rarely coexist easily : the credibility of an enterprise software company and the sharpness of an AI-native startup. The result was a visual identity that could hold its own in a pitch to a CAC40 insurer and still feel modern enough to attract talent and partners.

Website
We designed and wrote the full website from information architecture to copywriting and UX direction. In the insurance sector, a website is rarely
a conversion tool. It's a credibility check. Every investor, every prospect, every potential recruit will look it up before taking a meeting.
We built it accordingly : clear value proposition, strong product narrative, and a tone that was confident without being arrogant.

Storytelling & Messaging Framework
Before writing a single piece of content, we built Rizlum's core narrative from the ground up. Why does this company exist? What does it believe about the future of insurance? What makes its approach fundamentally different? We structured this into a messaging framework that became the foundation for everything pitch decks, LinkedIn content, sales conversations, and press outreach.

Commercial Presentations & Pitch Decks
We produced the full suite of commercial assets : investor pitch deck, client-facing presentation, one-pagers by use case, and meeting leave-behinds. Each document was designed to work at every stage of the sales cycle — from a first cold introduction to a final decision committee. In a market where prospects are risk-averse and detail-oriented, the quality of these materials directly impacts conversion.

LinkedIn Strategy & Content Production
We built Rizlum's LinkedIn presence from zero, company page setup, content strategy, editorial calendar, and full production. Starting from 0 followers, we grew the page to over 1,500 subscribers through a consistent mix of thought leadership, product updates, industry takes,
and founder-led content. Every post was written to build credibility in the insurance ecosystem — not to generate likes, but to be seen by the right people.

Founder Personal Branding & Ghostwriting
We developed a personal branding strategy for each founder — defining their individual narrative pillars, their LinkedIn voice, and their content direction. Each founder had a distinct profile and a different relationship with visibility, so we tailored the approach accordingly. We then ghostwrote their content consistently, ensuring their personal presence reinforced the company's positioning rather than competing with it.

Press & PR Agency Recruitment
As Rizlum prepared for its next growth phase, we led the recruitment and briefing of a specialist PR agency — writing the brief, managing the selection process, and ensuring the chosen partner had a deep enough understanding of the insurance and fintech media landscape to generate meaningful coverage. We also prepared the media kit and press materials used for initial outreach.
